RAFFAELE NOCITI

MA degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Rome. With SONNEDIX, as the foundation of the Group, as Technical Director in Italy with functions of Head of Construction, Operations and Asset Management, as well as Manager of all SPVs in Italy from September 2010 till July 2017. From 2008, involved in development and construction of PV plants with AES Solar. Until July 2010, with NAVALIMPIANTI‐TECNIMPIANTI GROUP (world‐wide firm in design and manufacturing of marine equipment for passenger and merchant ships, Navy, offshore and mega‐yachts) as Site Manager for construction. From March 2002 to April 2007, Manager of Ge.S.I.P. Palermo S.p.a. with around 2000 employees and sales of €45 million, producing services for the city of Palermo. From August 1999 to February 2002, project manager at AUTRONIC S.r.l. of Rome, Engineering Division of the Ilva Pali Dalmine group. From February 1996 to July 1999 for the SOCIETA’ PROTECMA S.r.l. engineering division of SONDEL S.p.a. FALCK GROUP, active in the construction of power stations of combined‐cycle cogeneration.

CHRISTIAN CHIARUZZI

MA degree in Enviromental Engineering from the University of Palermo. He has been technical advisor and manager with Italian and overseas companies including Terna SpA, AES Solar, Sonnedix, Phoenix Solar, Enerthi, GA-Solar (Gestamp Corporation), Future Energy (developer of Weliwit, Colexon and Eepro Solar), in the development, construction and asset management of PV plants. Over the last ten years he has managed as technical consultant the project financing of photovoltaic plants for a value of 100 MLN, collaborating with banks, including IRFIS (Unicredit Group). Today he is Executive Director of R&D and Strategy in Horizon company (sole distributor of Ripasso Energy Dish Stirling CSP technology). He also works closely with the University of Palermo in R&D and in teaching activities connected to RES.

AGOSTINO COSTANTINO

MA degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Palermo. He worked as project manager inside the group EDF Energie Nouvelle, responsible for the development, construction and management of PV plants and Wind farms. Later he started the development from scratch of a 50 MW PV plant pipeline as investor and managing director in several SPVs. He also managed the M&A of PV assets with investment funds and companies including Actelios Solar (Falck Group), AES Solar, Sonnedix, SunEdison Italy, Epuron Holding GmbH and Gildemeister AG. Today he is Executive Director of Operations and Sales in Horizon company (sole distributor of Ripasso Energy Dish Stirling CSP technology).
